Terms of Sale
The works for sale have been entrusted to the association Montagne Noire Avenir by the Artists with a view to a charity sale for the benefit of the non-profit organisation.
The sale will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Artists Residence 3.1 Art, rue d'Autan, 11310 Saissac.
It is possible to reserve the work online to collect it on site. The reserved works will be kept until the day of the sale with an indication of their unavailability.
If it is impossible to travel to collect the purchased work, a packaging and delivery estimate can be provided on request. These costs are the buyer's charge in addition to the purchase price.
Means of payment accepted: checks payable to Montagne Noire Avenir, cash, bank transfer in advance
Payment to be made either in advance when reserving the work, or when purchasing on November 6, 2022.
We will not be able to accept any return or withdrawal.

The data of people contacting us are only kept by us if these people agree to become members of the association. No data will be shared without prior explicit consent.
