Jean-Pierre is an artist-shepherd: when he is not tending his sheep in the meadows of his Peyremale estate, he gives free rein to his intuition by sculpting pieces of wood, trunks, trees, which he digs, by shaping shapes that he polishes, by painting paintings based on natural pigments.
His work is influenced by landscapes, animals and the world of plants. He only uses local wood species that are just as beautiful as exotic species that he ethically refuses to use.
